When it's time for a jacuzzi tub remodel

Black and gold bathroomNot too long ago, having a corner jacuzzi tub was a prime feature in a brand new bathroom.  Oversized seating options and air jets made it a hot commodity.

Fast forward 20 years...and I bet you can guess what people want to do with their old jacuzzi tubs.  I'm guessing it's also what you want to do with YOUR jacuzzi tub.

Updated designs include things like an oversized double steam shower, a cold plunge, or even a full wet room (pictured above).  Many people love the wet room functionality which allows moving between shower and tub with no worries about sloshing water or drippy feet.  There is a shared or duplicate drain in these wet rooms so water can drain effectively, and plenty of room to towel off before you step out onto the bathroom floor.  (By the way, drains don't have to be eye sores anymore!!  Take a look at that gold beauty pictured above!)

Another big reason to pull out a big corner jacuzzi tub is to free up space for other customizations that fit your life.  We believe that luxury is a space perfectly suited to you.  Spending time thinking about how you use your bathroom will dictate what items are allowed to take up space.  If you aren't a tub person at all, skip the tub altogether and go for a more luxury shower experience.  Maybe you spend a large amount of time doing hair and makeup every morning which would dictate the need for a large, functional vanity area with discreet plugs and storage for your hair accessories and makeup.  However you use your bathroom, freeing up the huge jacuzzi corner can bring back valuable square footage for things you care about most.

Anytime is a good time to pull out your jacuzzi tub and make space for a new, modern design, that fits you exactly.  The Sneller process is simple and starts with a no pressure on site appointment to brainstorm and allow our team to see the space.  After this meeting, you'll receive a rough ballpark budget to help you plan a financial investment that makes sense for your home's value.  This is followed by a series of design meetings where we meet at our office together, enjoy warm cookies and coffee, and work as a team to get everything on your wishlist into a drawing that can be used for creating a detailed budget and construction.

If you find yourself glaring at your corner jacuzzi tub this week, consider the options for a brand new space that appeals to your eyes and serves your lifestyle.  When you're ready, we'd love to help you make it happen!
