Ten years ago we sat in the far back corner table watching in awe as the best builders and remodelers in Houston took the stage to accept their prism awards. Sneller Custom Homes was only a few weeks old and we could only hope to compete some day. Fast forward 10 years to Saturday night, where we sat in total disbelief as our name was called again…and again…and again. Ten prism awards, including the grand remodeler award! All we could do was look at each other and laugh. 😆🤩 Ten awards for our tenth year in business. What. A. Night!! Huge congrats to our @snellercustomhomes team, the unbelievable designers we work with that bring the 🔥 to every project, and of course to the owners of these amazing homes. How lucky we are that you invited us in to your one of a kind projects.

The value of a good Designer [and what could happen without one]
Is a Professional Interior Designer worth the cost? How hard could it be to choose a few tiles and bath fixtures, right? Let me tell you a story about a couple we'll call Ben and Nora, who embarked on a bathroom remodel without a Designer...
This pool bath is one of our favorites!! Nothing touches the floor, so dripping wet kiddos can come in and out and Mom doesn’t have to worry about cabinets getting wet. Also, that blue sink is 😍😍😍! Builder: @snellercustomhomes Design: @chairmachicks
If you've ever looked online to purchase a home, you've probably seen the virtual tours posted on the listing. With a click on each little arrow, you're transported all through the house, getting a feel for not only the floor plan, but every little detail of the house. It has saved potential homebuyers countless hours as they can nail down which homes they're actually interested in looking at in person, and which ones aren't quite right. But, if you aren't in the market for a new home, why get a matterport scan?
Living through your Remodel [and why you should consider moving out]
"We were planning to live upstairs during the project...do you think that's ok?"
This is one of those questions we hear time and again. Our answer is the same every time, but it's not what you want to hear. Between kids, pets, and all the stuff we accumulate, it's daunting to consider packing up everything temporarily, only to pack it all back up to move home.
While it can be done, let's talk about why we so strongly recommend moving out of your house during a remodel, and why it's going to ultimately benefit you, your family, and the speed and quality of your project.
